c) Monthly Support (Retainer)

For clients needing continuous support (communication, optimization, content),
a monthly subscription may be offered, and only upon client request.

6. Delivery Times and Methods

Delivery times vary depending on the type of service. On average:

Visual identity: 5 to 10 days
Showcase website: 1 to 3 weeks

Once work has started, no refund is due, as the services are:

custom-made,
intangible,
consumed progressively,
non-recoverable.

This clause is fully legal as long as the website clearly states the policy, which is the case here.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, videos, design, logo, structure) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

Deliverables sent to clients become their property only after full payment.

9. Liability

MANOLI AGENCY cannot be held liable for:

failures or malfunctions specific to the hosting provider,
misuse of the deliverables provided,
